The quotation must be online and valid, we must be able to find the retailer and check the quote before we will match any request.

* Price match requests are valid for a maximum of 14 days after purchase from us.

If you have already purchased from us and would like to make a price match request you must have:

• WBO – number provided on your invoice from us.

• Product code of the item you would like us to price match.

• The date you purchased the product from us.

• A valid web address to the product on the retailer’s website.

• The date you found the competitors lower priced product.

If you have not purchased from us but would like us to match an online price you will need to provide:

• The Product code from our site that you wish us to match.

• A valid web address to the product on the retailer’s website.

• The date you found the competitors lower priced product.
